Details about the Mercedes W05 have been heavily guarded. Up to now, we haven’t caught a glimpse yet of the new car of the Mercedes F1 Team as the launching of the car is reserved on the first day of testing at Jerez this Tuesday. So far, we only have a short sound clip of the Mercedes W05 and a photograph of its portion which will be the topic of this article.

Mercedes AMG F1 revealed a couple of hours ago via Twitter an image of the portion of the W05 which carries the hashtag KeepFightingMichael.

Mercedes tweeted the message, “We have a very special message on our car this week in Jerez. Join the support #KeepFightingMichael.” together with the picture.

The message goes on to show that Mercedes is still hoping that Michael Schumacher will make it through his ordeal. This also displays the team’s utmost respect to the former world champ, who, at the final part of his F1 career, became one of the team’s drivers.

It should be recalled that Schumacher was involved in a skiing accident few days before the end of 2013. Following the incident, he was put into a medically induced coma. Presently, he remains in that state.

The current condition of Schumacher has raised a lot of concern from his family, friends and the F1 community because the longer he remains in that state, there is likelihood that he will no longer be able to make a full recovery.

But being the champ that he is, we pray that Michael can still keep up with the race for his life.
