Mercedes-AMG E 63 Wagon Tuned to 867 HP by Vath

Mercedes-Benz wagon models only cater to a specific set of buyers in the middle of the SUV-crazed market that we have now. As such, they don’t get as much love as sports cars either, but Vath just turned one Mercedes-AMG E 63 Wagon into supercar levels. There are barely a few signs on the shell of the AMG E 63 Wagon that hints at its tinkering. These seem to be only evident on the decals, lip spoiler, roof-mounted spoiler, and 21-inch wheels hugged by Michelin tires. It also displays a lower stance due to its suspension being adjusted to be 0.7-inch closer to the ground. It should be noted that… Continue Reading »

The new Mansory Mercedes-AMG E 63 S is about to give the newly unveiled Mercedes-AMG C 63 S E a good run for its money as it is loaded with new cosmetic enhancements plus a major engine tune. Getting straight to business, the new creation of Mansory unleashes up to 887 hp and 992 lb-ft of torque from the AMG E 63 S through its Stage 3 tuning package. If that’s too much, buyers can take Stage 2 of the program to get the car to deliver up to 838 hp and 848 lb-ft of torque. Last but not least is the Stage 1 tune of the project that still… Continue Reading »

How Reliable Is a Mercedes-Benz E-Class?

Is the Mercedes-Benz E-Class a Reliable Car? Coming from a brand that gave us the first car, the E-Class is one of the longest-running models Mercedes-Benz has in its lineup. The E-Class stood as one of the most durable, reliable, and well-built cars until the mid-nineties when Mercedes started putting marketing and profits above engineering and build quality as its top priority. But then again, Audi and BMW made the same decision roughly one generation later. Moreover, given the expensive maintenance, many owners opt for a cheap Mercedes-Benz E-Class repair manual and fix the car themselves. Still, that’s not to say the E-Class isn’t worth your money and that it… Continue Reading »

Semi-Camouflaged Next-Gen Mercedes-Benz E-Class Spied

A semi-camouflaged Mercedes-Benz E-Class (W214) prototype was spotted on the road recently. If the 2025 self-imposed deadline of its maker is to be believed, this could be the last internal combustion engine (ICE) version of the range. The dimensions, stance, contours, and exposed areas of the car in the spy video confirm that it is indeed the E-Class. The prototype shows a strong resemblance with the current model but with several tweaks to mirror some of the updates in the design philosophy of its maker to its new vehicles as well as to adopt some of the changes shown in the latest generation of the S-Class, especially in terms of… Continue Reading »

Next-Gen Mercedes-Benz E-Class Wagon Spied on the Road for the First Time

The next-generation Mercedes-Benz E-Class sedan has been making its appearance in spy shots since December 2021. However, it’s only now that its wagon variant is making its spy video debut, thanks to walkoART videos on YouTube. The video for the all-new E-Class wagon shows the auto waiting for the green light at an intersection. It is also joined by other Mercedes cars in the background. The E-Class wagon looks as much as its sedan counterpart except, of course, from the B-pillar all the way to the extra D-pillar on the tail. In addition, the presence of the added pillar makes the estate longer than the executive version of the vehicle…. Continue Reading »

Binz Mercedes-Benz E-Class Wagon Chauffeurs Queen Elizabeth II in Edinburg

One Mercedes-Benz E-Class has been getting plenty of attention lately. It’s primarily because of its high-profile job of chauffeuring the remains of Queen Elizabeth II. The other reason is that the choice of the first hearse for Her Majesty is not British at all. According to a report, the hearse carrying the coffin of the departed queen was custom-built by German coachbuilder Binz. The car is based on the W121 series of the E-Class wagon produced between 2009 and 2016. The custom E-Class by Binz was made using metal pressings coming from the supplier of Mercedes itself. That means the quality of its materials is as good as the stock… Continue Reading »

Mercedes-Benz cars are surely known for their high-quality engineering. The brand possesses strong attention to detail, which makes its cars very reliable.
