Facelifted Mercedes-Benz SLC Caught on Spy Cam

Spy photos of a Mercedes-Benz SLK with light camouflage was recently spotted. The images were captured while the car was undergoing testing. The Upcoming Version of the SLK will be Facelifted and Given a New Name Since the covered areas indicate the parts of the convertible that will undergo changes, the minimal upgrades would only mean that the existing model of the SLK will just undergo a facelift. It is expected that the facelifted SLK will be renamed as the Mercedes-Benz SLC once it comes out, based on the new nomenclature system of its maker. Then, it will likely bear a 2016 model year. Mechatronik is known for its magic touch when it comes to restoring classic Mercedes-Benz cars. Mercedes-Benz SL is Getting a Makeover

Spy shots of a camouflaged Mercedes-Benz SL recently emerged. The images only showed a light camo on the car though. So, the pictures most probably indicate that we are not looking at a new model. Instead, it is only a facelifted version of the current model. As observed in the spy photos, the portion on the retractable roof was covered. So, we might see a minor styling upgrade there later. The front bumper, headlights, and grille were also wrapped in camo. The source speculated that it must be hiding a more appealing or sportier grille with the same treatment in the air intakes. F1 2015: Mercedes concludes Barcelona testing with mixed results

After four days of rigorous testing at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, the Mercedes AMG Petronas F1 team was able to complete a total of 444 laps over the track, allowing drivers Lewis Hamilton and Nico Rosberg to get some significant run in the new F1 W06 hybrid. Day four saw Rosberg post a second-best lap time of 1:24.321 and a total of a whopping 131 laps. His time was eclipsed only by the Lotus of Romain Grosjean, who tallied 111 laps with a best time of 1:24.067. The Mercedes-Benz E-Class Gets Tech Upgrades

Buyers of the 2015 model of the Mercedes-Benz E-Class can expect a few tech upgrades in their car. According to GT Spirit, the said enhancements will be aimed at improving the connectivity and navigational aspects of the car. Connectivity Update In terms of connectivity, a new Internet functionality feature will be integrated in the COMAND multimedia system of the latest E-Class. The Bluetooth telephony technology of the car will also be upgraded in order to fully-utilize the superfast speed offered by LTE mobile phone networks, and provide the user a top-of-the-line 4G wireless broadband connection.
