Lewis Hamilton needed to do something special at the Singapore Grand Prix in order to have a shot at winning the race. Turns out, he needed only to wait. The Ferrari cars were ahead of the Mercedes team on the grid, as were the Red Bulls, which were sandwiched between the two red cars. Mercedes has been dominant all season long, but their difficulties under the lights of the Singapore GP prevailed on Saturday qualifying as Ferrari and Red Bull made sure the erstwhile leaders are stuck in the third row once the race starts on Sunday. Mercedes-Benz Self-Driving Car: How Far Have They Gone?

At the 2017 Frankfurt Motor Show, Daimler CEO Dr. Dieter Zetsche revealed several updates about their Mercedes-Benz self-driving car project.
