New Mercedes-Benz EQS Costs Less than the S-Class

The three-pointed star marque just announced the pricing of the all-new Mercedes-Benz EQS. According to MBUSA, the electric sedan starts at $102,310 (excluding the destination charge of $1,050). That’s seven grand cheaper than the starting price of the brand’s S-Class flagship luxury car. The EQS is scheduled to arrive in US dealerships in the fall of 2021. It will be available in two models namely the EQS 450+ and the EQS 580 4MATIC. Each will also come with three trims that include Premium, Exclusive, and Pinnacle. 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQB Showcased at the Munich Auto Show

In its continued efforts to meet its electrification goal towards 2030, the three-pointed star marque unleashed a barrage of electric vehicles at the Munich Auto Show. One of the highlights of the automaker in the event is the all-new Mercedes-Benz EQB electric crossover. The new EV was introduced in its EQB 300 and EQB 350 trims. One of the all-new models making its debut at the IAA Show in Munich is the Mercedes-Benz EQE. The new electric vehicle bearing the three-pointed star logo was recently unveiled in its EQE 350 trim, which is shown here. Mercedes EQ Team Officially Announces Exit from Formula E

Moments after winning both the Formula E Drivers’ and Teams’ Championships, rumors immediately surfaced that the Mercedes EQ Team is quitting the sport. Recently, an official announcement has been made confirming the earlier report. According to Motorsport, the group is joining Audi, BMW, and Renault in exiting Formula E. However, the team clarified that they will still be racing there until the end of the 2022 season. Previously, Mercedes motorsport boss Toto Wolff already hinted about the subject citing “marketing and communications platform” as reasons.
