MEC Design Tunes Mercedes-Benz S-Class

The current model of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class is considered to be the best ultra-luxury sedan in the market. It merges elegance with style through an unrivalled affluence in the segment. In fact, some may considered it too opulent that it can only be rivaled by premium private jets, and puts the S-Class up in the pedestal of luxury in this segment. While these points may intimidate mere mortals, it seems MEC Design is taking it all in a stride as it revealed an understated design package for the luxury vehicle as shown on a report from gtspirit.com. The MEC Design-tuned S-Class features a number of visual enhancements and components. For… Continue Reading »

Brabus Gives the Mercedes-Maybach S600 888 HP

The Mercedes-Maybach S600 houses a 6.0-liter biturbo V12 engine with 523 hp and 612 lb-ft of torque. This takes the car from zero to 60 mph in just five seconds despite its 5,269 lbs curb weight. Brabus commented that due to the powerful engine of the limo, it would be pointless to tune it up further. However, its specialists went on to work with it anyway to bring its output to nearly 900 hp for customers who wanted more out of it. According to Car and Driver, the famous firm bore out the engine of the Mercedes-Maybach S600 to give it an additional 0.3-liter displacement. After that, Brabus provided the limo with bigger turbos,… Continue Reading »

Then its top speed could reach up to 130 mph. That’s certainly a lot for a G-Class. So far the G500 4×4² does not have an AMG version yet. We have no word too whether Mercedes will offer a more powerful version of it. However, a good news to those who… Continue Reading »

This Mercedes-Benz G500 Cabriolet is probably the loudest sounding G-Class in the road today. Engine Specs The description mentioned that Mansory tuned the 5.5-liter naturally-aspirated V8 engine of the vehicle to a monstrous 700 hp and 900 Nm of torque. These are nearly double of the original 387 hp and 530 Nm of torque coming from the SUV’s stock engine.
