Mercedes-Benz SL Models Receives AMG Treatment

The Mercedes-Benz SL model was given a facelift recently by the luxury car manufacturer. The modifications include the addition of some equipment and will be included in the models that will come out of the production line in June. Although the equipment added into the AMG Sports models are priced at £6,625 the price tags of the vehicles have gone down. The Mercedes-Benz SL350 AMG Sports is priced at £69,960, which is lower than the £72,520 of the SL350. The Mercedes-Benz AMG Sport is priced at £79,970, down from the £83,470 of the SL500. Mercedes-Benz Shifts to Global Sponsorship of Masters Tournament

  Mercedes-Benz is the newest global sponsor of the Masters Tournament, after years serving as an International Partner for the premier golf tournament. This was announced by the Augusta National Golf Club on April 30, and the partnership is slated to start in 2014. The first weekend in May will see tons of racing action as the 2013 season of the Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters gets underway at Hockenheim. The Mercedes-Benz team for 2013 will feature one veteran and a bunch of young drivers ready to make their mark.
