Mansory Unveils Striking Tuning Package For The Mercedes-Benz S-Class
Giancarlo Perlas July 14, 2023It’s very rare for Mansory to retain much of the aesthetics of the vehicles it gets its hands on. So, this particular Mercedes-Benz S-Class is fortunately one of the very few that survived the tuner’s overenthusiastic customizations.
Exterior
Mansory’s expert craftsmanship is evident in the striking exterior modifications of the tuned Mercedes-Benz S-Class. A captivating Kalahari Gold Metallic paint finish sets this luxury sedan apart, exuding elegance and prestige.
Meanwhile, the front bumper receives stylish attachments surrounding the side intakes, accompanied by a new apron, side blades, and LED strips. Then, the addition of broader side skirts and a redesigned rear, featuring spoilers on the roof and trunk lid, bumper attachments, and a revamped diffuser with quad exhaust tips, completes the mesmerizing exterior makeover.
Complementing the transformation are 22-inch black multi-spoke alloys that add a touch of sophistication to the overall design.
Interior
While details of the interior remain scarce, glimpses from the images released by Mansory showcase a tastefully appointed cabin. The white leather upholstery gracing the seats, steering wheel, and other components exudes an air of refinement and luxury.
Mansory’s attention to detail shines through with its signature logo tastefully adorning the entry sills, headrest cushions, and floor mats, further enhancing the bespoke nature of the interior.
Mansory Mercedes-Benz S-Class Powertrain
Although Mansory has not disclosed any information about performance upgrades for this particular S-Class, it is believed that the stock V8 engine remains untouched. The 4.0-liter bi-turbo engine generates an impressive 496 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque, coupled with a nine-speed automatic transmission.
With these power figures, the S580 4MATIC accelerates from 0 to 62 mph in just 4.4 seconds while boasting a top speed electronically limited to 155 mph.
Price of the New Mansory Mercedes-Benz S-Class
As for pricing, Mansory has yet to disclose the cost of its upgrades. However, it is well-known that its signature modifications come with a premium price tag. Even without customization, the Mercedes-Benz S580 4Matic starts at $124,000 in the United States.
