Reigning Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton poses with his new Mercedes-Maybach S600.

If you are a World Champion in Formula One, and you happen to be representing a prestigious brand like Mercedes, expect a lot of perks coming your way. Aside from being already the highest paid Briton in the sport, and notwithstanding his dismal performance at the Singapore Grand Prix, Lewis Hamilton just received a very elegant Mercedes-Maybach S600.

Hamilton posted a photo of him and his new ultra-luxurious car on Instagram upon its delivery. The now blonde-haired champ certainly looked so happy with his new ride.

The Mercedes-Maybach S600 is definitely an auto fit for a world class athlete like Hamilton. One of its key features is its very comfortable and spacious interior complete with massaging seats, personal tabletops, and a very quiet cabin.

For a hardworking guy like the current F1 champ, he really could use all the convenience offered by the Mercedes-Maybach S600 after a busy day or in preparation for a tiring activity.

However, the Mercedes-Maybach S600 is not just about appeal and relaxation. It also boasts an engine that sits above the flagship model of Mercedes, which is the S-Class.

Beneath its hood is a powerful 6.0-liter biturbo V12 engine capable of producing up to 523 hp and 612 lb-ft of torque. The power comes from the rear wheels and it is distributed through a 7-speed automatic gearbox. The figures enable the car to accelerate from zero to 60 mph in a flat five seconds.
