Fostla tunes a Mercedes E63 AMG to 720 hp and adds a couple of styling upgrades.

Fostla recently released a new tuning package for the Mercedes E63 AMG. The kit features a boost in engine power and a couple of cosmetic enhancements.

The Stage 2 engine upgrade is the best highlight of the E63 AMG package offered by Fostla. The German tuner partnered with PP-Performance to increase the output of the car’s 5.5-liter twin-turbo AMG V8 engine. From the 557 hp output of the auto when fresh from the factory, power was increased to 720 hp. The standard torque of the vehicle equaling 720 Nm was also raised to figures over 1,000 Nm.

Such feat was achieved through the installation of PP-Performance’s custom software. It was combined with the performance company’s new custom racing exhaust and intake systems.

Since Fostla specializes in providing premium wrapping, it gave the Mercedes E63 AMG a more daring look with its new red wrap with black accents. On the other hand, the grilles, mirrors and the aero components of the car were highlighted in black. A stone chip coating was added as well for extra protection of its finish.

Fostla topped everything off with a new set of wheels. The LOMA GT1 lightweight 20-inch wheels were fitted to the car to further improve its appeal. Lastly, H&R lowering springs were used to get the E63 AMG’s base closer to the ground in order to allow better handling and driving pleasure.
