Cars that have the V12 engine are now very much popular. With a superb mechanical composition, these engines are by far, among the best and fastest ones in the market today. One of the new cars lining up as a V12 supercar is the 2013 Mercedes-Benz SL65 AMG. Here’s a video of the features and looks of the SL65 AMG as seen at the New York Auto Show where it was launched. The car is said to have a 6.0L twin turbo V12 that runs at 1000 NM of torque and 630 HP.

Despite being a seemingly evergreen model, the SL-Class, with its flagship SL600 and SL65 Black Series variants, seems to be finally on its last legs. These models, last facelifted in 2008, are having their V12-engined variants being pulled from the market. Beginning with the SL600 and recently the SL65 AMG, it appears that the only remaining V12 SL will be the fixed-rood, and hardcore, SL65 AMG Black Series.
