Infinite Spicy By Olivier Cresp For Mercedes-Benz VIP Club

Giancarlo Perlas June 13, 2016

The land of automobiles and fragrances rarely meet. But when they do, the partnership is potent. Master perfumer Olivier Cresp has created the Infinite Spicy for Mercedes-Benz VIP Club. And when the fragrance comes from Cresp’s incredible perfume-making hands, then be assured it’s nothing but spectacular.

Cresp grew up watching his father collect plants, fruits and other sources of fragrances. He saw his father masterfully create something out of nothing. Cresp himself has a different approach to producing these fragrances. He wants something unique and simple that is based on the natural scents we found in plants and fruits.

But to create something that is unique and simple can be quite a challenge. Cresp does not want something abstract for his fragrances. He doesn’t want to produce a fragrance that was not there in the first place.

Instead, he uses the natural fragrance found in plants, flowers and fruits to create his masterpieces. There is no additive; he doesn’t use artificial sources for his perfumes.

And at the same time, Cresp ensures his fragrances are unique—that there’s nothing like it in the world. To do this, he has to source the best and even the rarest plants and flowers in his hometown of Grasse in southern France.

Don’t fret, though, he also makes his fragrances easy on the nose—they have a unique scent and a simple base. Cresp said the hardest part about his creations is making them simple.

The master perfumer creates only the very best for Mercedes-Benz. As a testament to its originality, class and sophistication, Mercedes tapped Cresp’s specialty and produced the Infinite Spicy for the Mercedes-Benz VIP Club.
