KTW Tunes the C63 AMG

Hildesheim-based tuner KTW Tuning has just outed a C63 AMG-based beast with obvious Black Series influences and aspirations. The tuned car comes with a tweaked engine that gets an output of just a shade under 518 horsepower (386 kW rating, per EU standards). KTW has also disabled the Vmax speed limiter so that prospective buyers can allow themselves to get lost in all that horsepower. Of course, the idea is that owners will only test their limits at appropriate venues, such as actual tracks or the Autobahn. Marussia Considering Mercedes Engines for 2014 F1 Season

One of the two engine suppliers the Marussia F1 team is considering for the 2014 Formula 1 season is Mercedes-Benz. At the moment, UK-based Marussia is the only F1 team out of the field of 11 that uses Cosworth engines. The team debuted in the 2012 season. and so far has not scored any championship points, even including the current season. This is the final season where the F1 cars will employ 2.4-liter V8 engines. Marussia Chooses Between Mercedes Or Ferrari Engine For 2014

CEO Andy Webb revealed that Marussia will either shift to a Mercedes-Benz or Ferrari engine in 2014 according to ESPN. Currently, Marussia is the only team using Cosworth engines. Daimler Gains $3.44 Billion From The Assessment Of Its EADS Holdings
