Aktion P: The Survival of a Mercedes-Benz from WWII

The discovery of the 1939 Mercedes-Benz 540K Aktion P (chassis # 408377) from WWII is straight out of Indiana Jones lore. A mere 419 samples of the 540K chassis were built by Daimler AG (Now called the Mercedes-Benz Group AG), and only 20 of those were Aktion P models with all but one having been lost to history. Some consider the 540K a masterpiece of the coachbuilder and the high point of Mercedes-Benz’s own ‘Special Vehicle Production Unit’. New Manhart Tuning Package Gives a Final Salute to the Mercedes-AMG C63

It seems Manhart has been generating a lot of buzz in the Mercedes-Benz tuning scene in the past few days. Alongside the new Manhart G 800 Inferno build based on the Mercedes-AMG G63 that it unveiled recently is the new Manhart CR 700 Last Edition that serves as a final salute to the outgoing Mercedes-AMG C63 sports sedan model. Manhart Reveals Its New Mercedes G-Class Tuning Build

The famous German tuner Manhart Performance just revealed its new build for the Mercedes G-Class that a lot of potential buyers of the iconic SUV can put on their wishlist. It features a mishmash of the latest work of Russia’s TopCar and some extra touch from Manhart.
