Mercedes Retains Michael Schumacher as Ambassador
Mercedes-Benz confirmed that Michael Schumacher remains as its ambassador. The decision of the company came despite the current medical condition of the Formula One legend. It should be noted that Schumacher had an accident while skiing with his son at Meribel Ski Resort in the French Alps on December 29, 2013. The incident left him with a serious head injury, which led doctors to place him in a medically-induced coma. Luckily, like the fighter that he was during his run as a racer, Schumacher has beaten the odds. Announcement of his recovery came on June 16 this year.
