Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe Pricing Updated

The three-pointed star marque recently announced the pricing of its Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe. The more stylish and sportier companion of the S-Class sedan will have a starting price of $120,825, including destination charges.
The said amount would already buy you a S550 4MATIC Coupe model. The car is equipped with a 4.7-liter biturbo V8 engine with an output of 449 hp and 516 lb-ft of torque distributed in all its four wheels.
Other than the S550 coupe, the Mercedes-Benz S63 AMG 4MATIC Coupe would also be debuting. The performance car has a price tag starting $161,825 with destination fees.
The S63 AMG has a 5.5-liter biturbo V8 engine under its hood. This enables the vehicle to achieve 585 hp and 664 lb-ft of torque. The power is distributed in all four wheels through AMG’s signature SPEEDSHIFT MCT seven-speed automatic transmission.
Following the two mentioned models is the Mercedes-Benz S65 AMG Coupe will be rolled out. Sources say it would fetch around $231,825. The car is powered by a 6.0-liter biturbo V12 engine. It would provide it around 621 hp and 738 torque. Power is distributed through a seven-speed automatic gearbox to the rear wheels.
Basically, not much has changed in the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Coupe compared to its sedan counterpart. All the tech found in the sedan is there, except that the coupe has the active curve tilting feature installed. Notably, the active curve tilting function lets the car lean into corners to counter centrifugal force and ensure the comfort of its occupants.
Deliveries will commence this fall and the S65 AMG would probably come out in December.
