For Sale: Custom Mercedes-Benz X-Class Pickup From Chelsea Truck Company with Special Plates

The three-pointed star marque may already have given up on the Mercedes-Benz X-Class, but some tuners are not yet done with the limited-run luxury pickup. Recently, Chelsea Truck Company posted one customized unit of the auto for sale with an optional special license plate. The X-Class is priced at £45,999 ($63,591), but that does not include the “HE11 WAR” license plates yet. The pair of special plates are available for an additional £20,000 ($27,648). Mercedes-Benz X-Class Gets Wooden Accents Thanks to Pickup Design

Two years ago, Carlex Design’s Pickup Design studio unveiled its Yachting Edition upgrade for the Mercedes-Benz X-Class. Fast-forward today, the company released new updates for its cosmetic kit. This time, it features more faux wood trims than the original. The new X-Class Yachting Edition keeps its two-tone exterior paint in white and brown. The Maybach-inspired wheels are also retained, and so is the wood-lined rear bed. However, Pickup Design made some changes in the front grille of the auto. Mercedes-Benz just rolled out the special model of its pickup truck. It’s called the Mercedes-Benz X350d 4MATIC Edition 1. The vehicle stands out from the standard version of the X-Class with its added accessories that subtly improve its visuals. Exterior The Mercedes-Benz X350d Edition 1 features an exterior paint in “kabara black”. Even the radiator grille and three-pointed star logo have been given a blacked-out look.
