Mercedes-AMG A45 and CLA 45 Edition 55 Launched to Celebrate AMG’s 55th Anniversary

AMG celebrates its 55th anniversary this year. To mark this event, the three-pointed star marque released the Mercedes-AMG A45 and CLA45 Edition 55. According to a press release from the Mercedes-Benz Group, the limited-edition models are available to order this May until December 2022. However, the deliveries of the units are expected to start later this year. The new models take off from the base AMG A45 and CLA45, but with special body works to make them stand out visually. The aesthetic enhancements in the cars are highlighted by a Cosmos Black Metallic exterior finish with contrasting AMG emblems and decals near the door sills. The current generation Mercedes-Benz A-Class is relatively new in the lineup of the three-pointed star marque because it has only been three years since it was unveiled. However, a new spy video and new spy photos already suggest that it will get a facelift. The fourth generation of the Mercedes-Benz A-Class is only three years old, but spy shots already suggest that it is about to unveil a facelifted model. A new spy video further confirms that it is indeed getting a minor cosmetic update. The facelifted A-Class revealed by walkoARTvideos on YouTube shows the hatchback with partial zebra camouflage covering its fascia and rear portion. Just three years after the arrival of the fourth-generation Mercedes-Benz A-Class, it looks like the luxury hatchback is already getting a mid-cycle refresh. The prototype for the facelifted model was recently spied while undergoing testing in Germany. The spy shots taken by Motor1 show the A-Class with its front fascia, rear bumper, and center of its rear cargo door covered in camouflage. Normally, the hidden parts point out the areas that will receive updates. With that, the facelifted A-Class will likely get the thinner headlamps and taillights found in the C-Class wagon.
