Mercedes-Benz recently revealed the long-wheelbase version of the E-Class. Mercedes-Benz Remain Strong in China Amid Cooling Economy

Mercedes-Benz is not worried about China. That’s what Matt Rivers of CNN thinks because the sales of the three-pointed star brand in the country continued to soar despite its cooling economy. It seems like the Mercedes-Maybach variant does not only include the S500 and S600 models. Apparently, there also exists an S400 version of the ultra-luxurious S-Class. Early this month, a China-based automotive news website featured some pictures of the Mercedes-Maybach S400 4MATIC, which were taken in Beijing. Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV Production Starts In China

As part of the partnership of Mercedes-Benz with the BAIC Group, production of the Mercedes-Benz GLC SUV has started, as shown on a report from worldcarfans.com. Production of the GLC SUV at the assembly plant of the joint venture in Beijing comes six months after local production of the GLA-Class began. The enhanced facility of the Beijing Benz Automotive Co. has a floor space of over 250,000 square meters and was equipped with a new paint shop, body shop and assembly line before the GLA was launched. BAIC Debuts a Mercedes-Benz G-Class Rip-Off

Beijing Automotive Industry Holding Co., Ltd., known simply as BAIC, launched a new ride at the recently-held Shanghai Auto Show. The Chinese automaker called it the BAIC BJ80C. Now, what is this doing on a Mercedes-Benz blog site? Well, as seen in the photo above and in the gallery below, the designers of the product almost entirely copied the Mercedes-Benz G-Class. This Beijing Auto BJ100 Uses the Mercedes GLK Platform

Would you believe that the mammoth Sport Utility Vehicle above, called the Beijing Auto BJ100, was based from the China-made Mercedes GLK? According to CarNewsChina, the chiseled vehicle was indeed based from our beloved SUV with the three-pointed star logo. The BJ100 debuted at the 2014 Beijing Auto Show in its concept form. Mercedes Vision G-Code Crossover Concept Unveiled

Coinciding with the opening of the Mercedes-Benz R&D center in Beijing, China, the three-pointed star brand also released its new subcompact crossover concept dubbed as the Mercedes Vision G-Code. According to the press release of the company, the concept crossover aims to attract younger Asians into the brand.
