The ad featured the 2008 and 2014 Formula One World Champion Lewis Hamilton, and the runner-up this year, Nico Rosberg. The video was titled “Stalemate”, which indicated the equal performance of the latest limited-edition SL63 AMG despite their contrasting looks. The highlight in the clip is the Performance Pack with 564Hp and 900Nm of torque. Aside from the pack, the company also boasts of the first aluminum body car in the market. An auction will be held on February 25, the 6th annual auction of the Boca Raton Concours d’ Elegance Gala. The SL63 AMG will lead the pack of cars, that is, even if it hasn’t been presented in the public officially. There will be other cars in the auction, one of them the Lamborghini Aventador and the 2012 Audi R8 GT Spider is hot red.

The chunky and loaded AMG 6.2 liter V8, will reportedly be replaced with a twin turbo 5.5 liter V8 because of fuel consumption and emission reasons. The 6,208 cubic centimeter engine has again showed its range of ability by winning over two competitors in its league at the International Engine of the Year Awards 2010.
