Mercedes-Benz Rolls Out “Dream Cars” Campaign

Mercedes-Benz has just launched a sales and marketing campaign that focuses on the automaker’s coupe, cabriolet, and roadster lines. The campaign, dubbed ‘Mercedes-Benz dream cars’, is underway in core markets and is intended to increase the sales of the featured models throughout the year. Mercedes-Benz Honored with “red dot: client of the year 2012” Distinction

Thanks to the body of “innovative and leading-edge marketing and communications work” by Mercedes-Benz, the German automaker has been hailed as the red dot: client of the year 2012. Three Record-Breaking Sales Figures Achieved by Mercedes-Benz

Mercedes-Benz recently announced that the company has set three sales records. The first one, June 2011 being the highest June ever with a total of 120,510 vehicles sold globally. For Mercedes-Benz USA alone, the company delivered 22,653 cars, their highest in June as well. The second record, is the highest sales for the quarter as April and May were also great months. The quarter recorded an increase of 7.2% or a total of 329,979 cars. Mercedes-Benz Partners with GQ for Best-Dressed List

What better way for one brand associated with style and luxury than to be part of the Gentlemen’s Quarterly, or GQ, magazine’s Best-Dressed List 2011 edition? That’s right—Mercedes-Benz is the primary sponsor for said list, which was published on the January 6 release if the UK edition of the men’s magazine. Mercedes-Benz USA Launches Gallons Per Tweets Superbowl Race

Mercedes-Benz USA has launched their Tweet Race to the Superbowl via their Facebook page. It is basically a race to gather the most tweets. The winning team gets Mercedes-Benz cars as their prize. Aside from traditional advertisements, Mercedes-Benz is jumping into the Web marketing game with its Super Bowl ad campaign, something the company’s marketing vice president Stephen Cannon calls a “strategic leap of faith.” Mercedes-Benz, through “The World’s First Twitter-Fueled Race,” is giving away two cars to two-person teams who garner the most Mercedes-Benz-related Tweets and Facebook “likes” between now and the Super Bowl.
