Mercedes-AMG G63 Starts with an MSRP of $147,500

The pricing of the Mercedes-AMG G63 was just announced by Mercedes-Benz USA. The company revealed that the high-performance variant of the G-Class has a manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) starting at $147,500 plus destination and delivery fees amounting to $995. The AMG G63 will roll out in US dealerships by the early part of 2019. From its introduction decades ago, the G-Class sport utility vehicle has kept its retro boxy design and rounded headlamps. The Mercedes-Benz CLS Will Receive Upgrades in 2019

The Mercedes-Benz CLS is getting an array of updates for its 2019 models in the US. Major changes will be introduced in its tech and performance. According to Mercedes-Benz USA, the four-door coupe will keep its existing trims, namely the CLS 450, CLS 450 4MATIC and the Mercedes-AMG CLS 53. Last June 5, Mercedes-Benz launched a new car subscription service. Mercedes-Benz Collection allows customers to shift from one Mercedes to another as many times as they want. The new service is still in its pilot. It is currently offered in Nashville, Tennessee and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. One Million Mercedes-Benz Units Recalled

Daimler made an announcement that one million units of Mercedes-Benz vehicles will be recalled worldwide. That was after the company discovered that some models are at risk of catching fire because of a potentially defective fuse. According to Reuters, 51 fires were already reported by Mercedes owners globally, and the culprit was a faulty fuse. Dietmar Exler Takes Over as MBUSA President and CEO in 2016
