Video Shows Mercedes-Maybach S600 Pullman Test Vehicle In Germany

A Mercedes-Maybach S600 Pullman test vehicle was spotted parked in Germany recently, as shown on a report from worldcarfans.com. The limousine was designed and built with help from Brabus. Since it is a test vehicle, the finished product is expected to have slight differences from the one shown on the video. However, it can be noted that the design for the front as well as the rear end is consistent with the design of the S-Class. The S600 Pullman has a total length of 6.5 meters, which is around 1 meter longer compared to the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class. Due to its length, the video shows that it takes up more than… Continue Reading »

Here’s the 2016 Mercedes-Maybach S600 Video Brochure

“It is as much as an expression of art as a product of scientific endeavor.” This is how Mercedes-Benz USA described the 2016 Mercedes-Maybach S600, which basically summed up the ultra-luxurious features of the high-end car. A few weeks ago, the USA-arm of the three-pointed star marque released the video brochure of the Mercedes-Maybach S600 through its YouTube channel. Of course, the presentation shows the key selling points of the extra-opulent car starting with its exterior engineering, magnified by its fine lines and longer body than the standard version of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class. Then it goes into the spacious interior of the auto, which is highlighted by its high-quality hand-stitched nappa leather, lambswool carpets, executive reclining… Continue Reading »

Mercedes-Maybach S-Class is Enjoying Huge Sales in China

The Mercedes-Maybach S500 and S600 are enjoying huge sales in China. According to a report from Bloomberg, the combined average sales of the Mercedes-Maybach models in the region is about 500 units every month. The hot sales of the Mercedes-Maybach S-Class came despite the cooling luxury car market of the giant country in Asia. It should be noted that the peak of the Maybach brand in 2003 displayed 600 sales. That makes the average monthly sales of the unit in China right now nearly equal to the best year of the defunct brand. However, comparing 2003 and the present, the starting price of the Maybach cars were around $120,000 more expensive than the latest Mercedes-Maybach models. The starting price of the Maybach units back then was at $350,000 while the… Continue Reading »

First Look at the Photos of the Mercedes-Maybach Pullman

Rolls-Royce is dismissing it, but there’s no denying that their competition is coming. Mercedes-Benz just unveiled a car worthy of going head-to-head with greats such as the British ultra-luxury brand in the form of the Mercedes-Maybach S600 Pullman. The Mercedes-Maybach Pullman is the best that the S-Class has to offer. It’s opulence exceeds even the recently-released Mercedes-Maybach S600. The Pullman has all the styling and comfort elements of the Mercedes-Maybach S600, but it is further stretched to accommodate more passengers. Its roof has also been raised by 100 mm compared to the standard S-Class. The added space allows the rear section of the limo to hold up to four passengers in its… Continue Reading »

Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman Spy Photos Surface

The spy photos of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman have finally emerged. Thanks to MBWorld, we now have a slight idea of what we can expect from the ultra-luxurious and extra-long sub-variant of the three-pointed star’s S-Class range. Check out the spy photos of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class Pullman below, which were provided by MBWorld: The makers of this limousine really made quite an effort to conceal its features as every portion of it was wrapped in camouflage. However, looking at the vehicle’s proportions and comparing them with what Mercedes-Benz has revealed to us so far about its extra-stretched S-Class variant, we are sure that the limousine is the S600 Pullman. It seems like there was a little revision… Continue Reading »

The Mercedes-Benz S600 Maybach Gets Simultaneous World Premieres

In our earlier report about the Mercedes-Benz S600 Maybach, we mentioned that it would have its world premiere at the Los Angeles Auto Show next month. However, based on a new information, the upcoming variant would have two world premieres on the opposite sides of the globe. The new S-Class version resurrecting the Maybach namesake will also have its official unveiling happening in an Auto Fair held in Guangzhou, China next month—almost at the same time with the LA event. The Mercedes-Benz S600 Maybach sits above the standard S-Class. It embodies more luxurious features than the S-Class models we have now. The S600 has a strong resemblance to its sedan predecessor. However, the length of… Continue Reading »
