Mercedes-Benz Keeps Lead in Luxury Car Segment of the Market
Mercedes-Benz wrapped the middle of 2019 with 1,134,729 luxury vehicles delivered to customers all around the world. The brand’s sales may have slipped down by 4.6% compared to the figures in the first half of 2018 but it remains as the leader in the luxury car segment of the market. Daimler attributed the slide in sales to Mercedes’ ongoing model changes in its sport utility range. SUVs are considered as the brand’s segment with the largest volume in the market.
