Mercedes-Benz Collection Allows Subscribers to Shift From One Car to Another as Many Times as They Want

Last June 5, Mercedes-Benz launched a new car subscription service. Mercedes-Benz Collection allows customers to shift from one Mercedes to another as many times as they want. The new service is still in its pilot. It is currently offered in Nashville, Tennessee and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Mercedes-Benz Collection runs in collaboration of Mercedes-Benz USA, Mercedes-Benz Financial Services USA and various Mercedes-Benz dealers. MBUSA said that it lets subscribers switch between different types of Mercedes vehicles depending on their needs or lifestyle. Mercedes-Benz Sales Display 18% Growth in January 2017

Mercedes-Benz sales started out strong in the month of January 2017. The three-pointed star brand continued its momentum this year after overtaking its rival BMW in the premium car segment in 2016. According to Daimler, Mercedes-Benz sales reached the 178,467 mark in January. The figure translates to an increase of 18 percent in premium vehicle sales compared to the same month of last year. With the sales of the smart brand added, the company had a total of 188,116 sales last month, which was 17.5 higher than the same period of 2016. The official social media page of Mercedes-Benz USA just released a new picture of the Mercedes-AMG CLA 45, which can be seen above. It came with the caption that said, “With 375 hp on tap, the AMG CLA 45 is a monster in its own right.” Then the luxury car maker proceeded to put a “halloween” hashtag on the post. Mercedes-Benz planning Texas regional distribution and training facility

Mercedes-Benz will be constructing a regional distribution center for parts along with a training facility in Grapevine, Texas, set to be completed in 2017. In order to boost the flow in the supply chain of spare parts headed to dealers and customers, Mercedes-Benz is counting on this new regional parts distribution center. It is planned to have a total area of 254,000 square feet. On the other hand, the learning and training facility is a planned technical facility that will cater to the ongoing training of technicians in Mercedes-Benz’s Southwestern USA dealerships. A new press release by Mercedes-Benz USA revealed that the 2016 GLA received some updates in its interior. According to the company, the upgrades center on the infomatic system of the compact SUV. Mercedes-Benz USA Joins The Colorado Grand 2015

  The Colorado Grand is a charity tour event held each year for race and sports cars from 1960 and before. Bob Sutherland organized the first edition of the event in 1989. Every September of each year nearly a hundred vintage cars travel over 100 miles across the Rockies for five days during the event.
