The latest TV commercial for the Mercedes-Benz CLA doesn’t star a celebrity or feature a ride across a stunning countryside. Instead, there’s a cat sleeping on the hood of a CLA 180. As the cat sleeps, it pays (almost) no heed to the wind pushing it across the top surface of the vehicle. The commercial, simply dubbed “Cat”, was made to play up the aerodynamic qualities of the CLA. According to the automaker, the CLA is the world’s most aerodynamic production car. Mercedes-Benz pavilion Opens in Warsaw

As part of the Mercedes-Benz 2020 customer experience strategy, the German automaker puts a focus on temporary brand experience setups in conjunction with the brick-and-mortar shops and online channels. One such temporary location is the Mercedes-Benz pavilion, which just opened up last July 20th in Warsaw’s Powisle district. The first ten days of the temporary structure saw around 3,000 visitors, and there were 80 test drives during that period. The Mercedes-Benz pavilion will be around until October. The Mercedes-Benz CLA that will be available in China will be imported from Hungary. A white testing vehicle was spotted in Shanghai recently sitting at the back of a truck. This may change in the future since a long wheelbase model of the Mercedes-Benz CLA will be manufactured by Beijing-Benz in China by 2014. The Chinese trend for additional legroom may have compelled the company to design this model of the luxury vehicle. Mercedes-Benz CLA May Be Manufactured In Mexico

The next-generation Mercedes-Benz CLA compact car may be manufactured at the factory in Mexico that is operated by Nissan by 2018. This was revealed recently by Daimler Chairman Dieter Zetsche. Mercedes-Benz has a joint venture with the Japanese automaker. Zetsche added that the decision in manufacturing the compact car will be finalized early next year. Reports had indicated that the production of the CLAs will be moved from Hungary to Mexico to guard against fluctuations in currency. With its newly acquired environmental certificate (ISO TR 14062), the CLA further affirms its commitment to providing unrivaled efficiency along with the brand’s standards for performance and comfort. KW Provides Mercedes-Benz With A New Coilover Suspension

The Mercedes-Benz CLA is the preferred compact car model of the luxury car manufacturer from Germany. The design is impressive and features an advertisement that has Kat Upton on it. However, the CLA was given a new coil over kit by KW, a company specializing in suspension products. The coil over kit was designed specifically for the Mercedes-Benz CLA. The car can be lowered up to around sixty millimeters through stainless steel coilovers provided by KW for the CLA.
