New Images Of Mansory-Tuned Mercedes-AMG GT Released

The Mansory-tuned Mercedes-AMG GT was initially unveiled during the Geneva Motor Show, which was the last time industry watchers saw it. The tuning specialist released a number of new images of the tuned luxury sports vehicle, as shown on a report from motorward.com. The new images showed the AMG GT tuned by Mansory in different color shades and with a number of different added options. The tuning program provided by Mansory for the AMG GT upgraded its power output with the addition of large-sized turbochargers, stainless steel sports exhaust system, new ECU map and high-performance air filters. Earlier reports showed the details of how a Mercedes-AMG GT was enhanced by Prior Design. The Mercedes-AMG GT wide body PD 800 came in different colors and versions. This time the Prior Design-modified AMG GT was caught on camera recently as it went through the rounds somewhere in Monaco, as shown on a report from motorward.com. Earlier reports showed that the RENNtech Mercedes-AMG GT was initially conceptualized as a simple project for the SEMA show in 2015. However, it is now an actual tuning package for the supercar of the German luxury vehicle manufacturer, as indicated through a report from motorward.com. The new kit is available for orders through the tuning specialist and its authorized dealers. To mark the launch of the new tuning kit, a special photo-shoot was organized by RENNtech in partnership with ADV1 Wheels. Tony Kanaan, a renowned 500 driver, also joined the shoot. Mercedes-AMG big boss Tobias Moers confirmed with Top Gear that a more track-focused version of the Mercedes-AMG GT supercar will arrive later this summer. It promised to be fast and pointy, and will be above the Mercedes-AMG GT S. Currently, the GT S has 510 bhp, 4.0-liter biturbo engine, but Moers indicated that the coming Mercedes-AMG GT R would have the “next performance level” of that same engine.
