Mercedes-AMG GT3 Edition 55 Unveiled for AMG’s 55th Anniversary
The high-performance division of the three-pointed star marque recently unveiled the Mercedes-AMG GT3 Edition 55 in commemoration of AMG’s 55th founding anniversary. The car will be hand-built at the race car plant of the company in Affalterbach, and will only be limited to five units. Compared to the standard AMG GT3, the Edition 55 is not an FIA homologated car so its maker had no restrictions on its aerodynamics, weight, and mechanicals.
