New Body Kit for Mercedes-AMG GT S Unveiled by Wald

The Japanese car tuner Wald International just released its new body kit for the Mercedes-AMG GT S. The package is called the “Black Bison”. The Black Bison package is available in two versions—the FRP and the optional CFRP. The changes introduced in the bundle include the new front and rear bumpers, front winglets, side skirts and rear spoiler. The photos provided by Wald shows the Mercedes-AMG GT S in a matte green finish similar to its more powerful sibling, the Mercedes-AMG GT R. After the disappointing performance of both Formula One Mercedes-AMG Petronas drivers at the Singapore Grand Prix, wherein the current champ Lewis Hamilton retired in the event while Nico Rosberg only finished fourth, it seems they are en route to their winning ways again. In the qualifying race for the Japanese GP, both Mercedes drivers had the first and second positions in the starting grid locked for themselves. Rosberg grabbed the pole at one minute and 32.584 seconds while Hamilton trailed behind at 1:32.660. The official tally of Daimler regarding its sales in 2014 was recently published on its Global Media Newsroom. According to the data found there, Mercedes-Benz sales increased by 12.9 percent based on a year-on-year comparison. The rate translated to a total of 1,650,010 vehicles sold worldwide. The achievement of the three-pointed star brand this year marked its fourth consecutive record year.
