Will.i.am is one of the newest ambassadors of the Mercedes-Benz brand. He officially represented the group in the latter part of 2021 introducing its “first high-performance hybrid”, the Mercedes-AMG GT 63 S E Performance. Recently, the company’s Chief Design Officer Gorden Wagener gave us a sneak peek at the celebrity’s custom ride. A new electric hypercar concept was previewed by Mercedes-Benz. The car is inspired by the old Formula 1 Silver Arrow race cars. Based on the images and information provided by Mercedes, the hypercar will run on pure electric power. It will get a single-seating layout while its overall design will be based on the W25 Avus, T80 and W125 classic Silver Arrow race cars. Word had been going around for quite some time now about the planned resurrection of the Maybach name. However, the brand will be demoted as a mere variant of the Mercedes-Benz S-Class this time. According to the people within the company, the Mercedes S-Class Maybach will have more luxurious features than the top-of-the-line S600 variant and S65 models.
