The 2016 Mercedes-AMG A45 was finally unveiled during the 2015 Goodwood Festival of Speed, as shown through a report from gtspirit.com. The new A45 increases the 355 HP power output of the outgoing model as it reclaims the title of the most powerful compact performance car from the Audi Audi RS3 Sportback. In addition to the increase in its power output, the styling of the A45 was also revised and its new name is now consistent with all current AMG cars. Rare Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR Roadster Hits the Auction Block

A very rare Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR Roadster has been confirmed to hit the auction block soon. According to Motor Authority, the race car featured in the picture above will be sold by Bonhams to the highest bidder in one of its events that will be held at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in June. The source claimed Bonhams is expecting the car to fetch around $2.2 million to $2.8 million. So what makes it that expensive? The Mercedes-Benz CLK GTR Roadster is just one of the six units ever produced by the three-pointed star brand. In the currently held Goodwood Festival of Speed, among the event’s main attractions is the centerpiece display made by Gerry Judah at the Goodwood House.
