Golden Mercedes Fleet On Hand for Cannes
The Cannes International Film Festival is one of the most prestigious in the world, and it is only fitting that Mercedes-Benz is part of the event. In fact, it’s sending in a fleet of golden shuttle vehicles as a tribute to the Palme d’Or. The Palme d’Or, which translates to Golden Palm, was introduced in 1955 and is the highest award at Cannes. To commemmorate the 65th awarding of this much-coveted prize, Mercedes-Benz has provided the golden shuttles to drive around Cannes so that VIP guests can travel comfortably.
