Is There a Mercedes-AMG SUV Black Series in the Works?

Who’s excited about a Mercedes-AMG SUV Black Series? Well, it appears Mercedes is not one of them because AMG CEO Tobias Moers just laughed at the idea. “No, no, no, no… Never,” was the resounding response of Moers to Auto Guide when he was asked about it during the 2018 New York Auto Show. He emphasized that the Black Series treatment is only given to cars that are worthy of the racetrack. It should be noted that the AMG brand has expanded drastically in the past few years.
