Days away until the end of 2017, Mercedes-Benz is leading the premium car segment of the U.S. market, beating its rivals BMW, Audi and Lexus. According to Bloomberg, Mercedes is looking to close the year as the number one luxury car brand in the country. Four Mercedes-Benz EVs Targeted Going to 2020

Daimler has set its sights on introducing at least four Mercedes-Benz electric vehicle models going to 2020. According to UK’s Autocar, Daimler board member and head of its Research and Development Thomas Weber made the announcement after the German government revealed that it will begin offering sales subsidies on all EVs costing under £47,300. BMW remains the world’s top luxury car brand in terms of sales in 2015. However, Mercedes-Benz garnered enough figures to propel itself to number two in the race, beating Audi. According to Motor Authority, the latest numbers shows that BMW is on its fifth consecutive record sales. In the year that just ended, the rival of Mercedes listed a total of 1,905,234 units sold.
