There’s a good news for customers who are waiting for the deliveries of their Mercedes-AMG GT 4-Door Coupe sports cars. Mercedes-Benz just announced that the production of the vehicle has already commenced on its Sindelfingen plant in Germany. Arrival The first units of the AMG GT 4-Door Coupe are expected to reach European customers in October. Meanwhile, US buyers will have to wait until early 2019 for their cars. New spy shots reveal that the range-topping Mercedes-AMG GT R is getting a roadster model. The sports car is an addition to the ever-growing lineup of the Mercedes-AMG GT range that includes the GT Coupe, GT Roadster, GT C Coupe, GT C Roadster, GT S Coupe and GT R Coupe. Even as the Goodwood Festival of Speed became the venue for the introduction of the Mercedes-AMG GT R recently, it appears the luxury vehicle manufacturer is already working on an upcoming variant of the luxury vehicle. Two images emerged recently showing the upcoming Mercedes-AMG GT Roadster, as shown on a report from motor1.com. The GT Roadster was spotted on the Autobahn as it was being compared with a Porsche 911 Cabriolet.
