It almost seems like an insult to take a supercar like the SLS AMG and hand it over to a tuner for improvement. With more than 500 horsepower and a competition pedigree that’s being reinforced by the number of privateers entering the car in the FIA’s GT3 class, the SLS AMG doesn’t seem like a candidate for improvement. Inden Design, however, has seen fit to tweak the SLS AMG just that little bit more. Starting with the engine, Inden has bumped output from 570 horsepower to 623. The 50 horsepower bump was achieved by replacing the exhaust with freer flowing bits and remapping the ECU. To better handle the increased… Continue Reading »
The Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG indeed is becoming tuner’s favorite. While all vehicles are welcome at the Nurburgring (you even see the occasional bus!), the most common cars you see are Porsches and other cars of similar performance. Thus, it’s a pleasure to see this SLS AMG being driven hard, as high performance cars… Continue Reading »
Flared fenders front and rear with upgraded brakes and huge wheels. Carbon fiber body work that makes it lighter. An upgrade on power of up to 650bhp. What is this? No word if he was done with his cup of joe but the door is showing the red leather interior of his supercar. We all know that the SLS AMG was inspired by the famous 300 SL with its gullwing doors and just like the SL, the SLS offers uncompromising performance in a luxurious cocoon. Eddie’s taste in cars is known to run to vehicles like Rolls-Royces but apparently, as this picture shows, he also enjoys blasting around town in a relatively raucous Mercedes with a 6.3… Continue Reading »
