Mercedes-Benz Bags Two Wins in Auto Zeitung’s Auto Trophy Classic

Two classic Mercedes-Benz cars took wins in their respective categories in the 2013 edition of the Auto Zeitung Classic Cars magazine’s Auto Trophy Classic. Over 23,500 readers chimed in and cast their votes, and the Mercedes-Benz 600 and 123-series T-Model estate emerged with victories. The 600 topped the luxury class category, while the 123-series T-Model estate took top honors in the mid-range class. Mercedes-Benz Classic Calendar Marries Mimmo Rotella Art with Historic S-Class Imagery

The Mercedes-Benz Classic Calendar 2013, which is available now, should be a great calendar choice for Silver Arrow enthusiasts and car/art lovers in general. It offers people some neat visuals that will surely add character to any room—Mimmo Rotella decollage-style poster art is mixed with images of S-Class models from the past. Mercedes-Benz at the London to Brighton Veteran Car Run

Mercedes-Benz, the 125 year old maker of cars, is the primary sponsor of the “London to Brighton Veteran Car Run”. With that, there will be two Mercedes cars in the event that will happen on November 5 to 6, the 1902 Mercedes Simplex racing car and the 1904 Mercedes-Simplex touring car. There, the two cars qualified to “race” on the 96-kilometer course in front of about 500,000 audience, because they were made on or before 1904. Mercedes-Benz Showcase at Retro Classics 2011

Several classic Mercedes-Benz vehicles will be present to wow the crowds at the Retro Classics 2011, a classic car and auto culture trade show that is organized by Messe Stuttgart International and will be held at the Stuttgart New Exhibition Centre in Germany from March 11 through 13. Four vehicles that have been part of Mercedes-Benz milestones will be on hand at the event, headlined by the first automobile—the 1886 Benz Patent Motor Car. With more and more people adopting Apple’s iPhone and iPad and even the (to a lesser degree) iPod Touch as the mobile devices of choice, it’s no secret that marketing and brand awareness can be increased by tapping into these gadgets.
