British Grand Prix: Hamilton qualifies in pole ahead of Mercedes front row

Add one more Mercedes front-row qualification to this year’s list. Lewis Hamilton drove a superb qualifying at the British Grand Prix as he edged out Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg for pole position. Hamilton posted a time of 1:29.287, around a third of a second better than Rosberg’s, for his third-straight pole and his sixth overall this season. It is the 55th pole of his career, and his fourth at Silverstone. He has now won his third race out of the last four, cutting into the points lead of Mercedes teammate Nico Rosberg once again. At the final lap, Rosberg was still actually in a position to win until he ran wide as he exited from turn 1. Hamilton pounced at the opportunity, but not after the two cars made contact. Rosberg had sparks coming out of his Mercedes, and he was visibly slowed down. Lewis passed him soon after and went on to the chequered flag. Check Out The Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Video That Hyped The Monaco GP

The video released by Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS prior to the Grand Prix is rather impressive and may make Formula One an appealing option for people looking for a sport to follow, as shown on a report from autoevolution.com. This adrenaline-pumping video can be likened to an awe-inspiring half-time talk given by a great coach.
