Earlier, we ran an article about a possible teaser for the Mercedes-AMG G 65 4×4² Cabriolet. However, later reports suggest that it might be the Mercedes-Maybach G 650 Landaulet. Recently, Carscoops leaked images of a new version of the G-Class. The vehicle still carries the platform used in the Mercedes-Benz G 500 4×4², which showcases a lifted chassis, extended wheelbase, set of wheels estimated to measure 22-inches, and wider fenders. The rear of the SUV is open though and there appears to be a fabric that serves as its retractable soft top. After a series of teaser photos and video, the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 finally made its debut. The new Mercedes concept car under the Maybach sub-brand was unveiled on August 16, 2016 in Monterey, California. The car was showcased there until the Pebble Beach Concours D’Elégance on August 21, 2016. Power Daimler revealed that the Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6 is an electric car. Within its power core lies a battery capable of producing up to 550 kW or 750 hp. The underfloor battery of the auto provides it a usable capacity of around 80 kWh. A week ago, Mercedes-Maybach teased an image of a new concept car. Recently, another teaser photo of it was revealed together with the name of the vehicle and its scheduled official unveiling. According to the Facebook page of Mercedes-Benz, the concept car will be called the “Vision Mercedes-Maybach 6.” The vehicle will debut on August 18, 2016 at Pebble Beach in Monterey County, California. Mercedes-Maybach hadn’t released any information yet about what it will be called but it is definitely looking gorgeous based on the picture. The new Mercedes-Maybach concept car shown above possesses a two-door coupe design. The auto certainly has traces of the Mercedes-AMG GT. However, this one appears longer and bulkier than the sports car.
