Mercedes-Benz Tops J.D. Power’s Customer Satisfaction Survey

According to a survey done by J.D. Power and Associates, called the Vehicle Ownership Satisfaction Study, Mercedes-Benz’ owners are the most satisfied. The C, E and M-Class models scored the best in their individual segments, Other than that, the company also got the first place in Service Satisfaction category. Pitted against 28 car manufacturers and 100 models in eight categories, Mercedes-Benz scored high and placed first three times. In “Overall VOSSSM – Compact Executive”, the C-Class took the top spot, which means the model is the best among all models in the Midsize Premium category. Mercedes Surpasses Lexus As Top U.S. Luxury Automaker

Based on the reports, Mercedes-Benz has made a significant mark in the American luxury market, surpassing both BMW and the long time sales leader, Lexus last month. The Silver Arrow has boosted its sales by 17 percent in the US, up to 19,862 vehicles sold in September.
