Mercedes-AMG may be planning something in its backyard. A report suggested that the performance division of the three-pointed star brand responsible for the Mercedes-AMG GT may be considering a hybrid supercar. Daimler AG to Buy 25 Percent of MV Agusta

Last July, rumors surfaced about Daimler’s plan to buy MV Agusta, which indicated that the German multinational corporation might be planning to expand its vehicle range to include motorcycles. Recently, Reuters confirmed about the imminent move of Daimler to buy 25 percent of the Italian motorcycle’s shares. Mercedes-Benz C350 Plug-In Hybrid To Offer A Remarkable Fuel Economy

A report from worldcarfans.com revealed some details of the upcoming Mercedes-Benz C350 Plug-In Hybrid. The detailed were provided by the Head of Development of the C-Class Estate, Ralf Rossmanith. Rossmanith, who confirmed the existence of the vehicle, said the sedan was currently being tested. It will feature a four-cylinder gas-electric hybrid engine. An epic journey was completed by the Mercedes-Benz E300 BlueTEC Hybrid as it travelled from the African continent all the way to the United Kingdom with a single tank of fuel, a report from worldcarfans.com revealed recently. Behind the wheel of the standard model of the E300 was Andrew Frankel. The luxury hybrid vehicle averaged 3.1 liters for every 73.6 miles or 100 kilometers during its non-stop journey.
