With the first testing scheduled for F1 in Jerez, new team driver Lewis Hamilton jetted into Germany to get a taste of what it means to be at the spearhead of Mercedes motorsports. First stop was the AMG facility in Affalterbach, where Hamilton got a personally guided tour courtesy of Ola Kallenius, AMG head. Everybody loves burnout especially the police because they put an end to it with a ticket. That’s exactly what happened when Lewis Hamilton was handed over the keys of a 2010 Mercedes Benz C63 AMG sedan at Albert Park, Melbourne. He reportedly burned some rubber and has been apprehended for the same by the Melbourne cops. Though, Hamilton is not solely guilty. Credit should actually go to car’s standard 6.3-litre 450-horsepower V-8 which made the burnout a success. Hamilton was charged under the offence “improper use of a motor vehicle”.
