New Generation of Mercedes-Renault Smart Cars Caught on Tape

The third generation of smart cars have been caught on video during a recent testing. These are fruits of the partnership forged between Mercedes-Benz and Renault. The exterior of the smart cars remain literally sketchy as of the moment due to the camouflage wrapped all around their armors, so we can’t comment yet on what they look like on the outside. Smart has become a brand name synonymous with stylish compact city cars. An alliance was formed back in 1994 by watch manufacturer, Swatch, and Daimler-Benz AG to undertake the new project. Interest in the brand grew immediately following the first model’s release in 1998. At Least Two More Years Before New smart Models Arrive

With all the new product announcements Mercedes-Benz seems to be spewing lately, you might think that Daimler has put smart development on the back burner.
