Mercedes-Benz Travel Brand Announced

The formation of the Mercedes-Benz Travel brand has been announced during a press conference Shanghai recently. The brand was created in partnership with HH Travel, the high-end travel division of Ctrip International. According to Forbes, the move signifies the three-pointed star’s entry into China’s outbound travel market. For many, this might come as a surprise since this marks the first time wherein a luxury automaker has offered first-class travel solutions with a cooperating partner in the Greater China region said the report. Five Setra Coaches Delivered to Deutsche Touring GmbH

Deutsche Touring GmbH, a Frankfurt-based long-distance network operating across Europe, has just bolstered its fleet with the delivery of five new Setra coaches, three of which are from the ComfortClass 500 line. The three S 516 HD units, which are of the two-axle variety, are the first ComfortClass 500 coaches to go into the company’s international network. 13-Year-Old Boy Goes for the Ride of his Life Across Europe with Father’s Mercedes-Benz

Most of us always dreamt of driving a Mercedes-Benz when we were kids. But based on a report by Reuters, a 13-year old boy from Italy already had the ride of his life when he ran away with his adoptive father’s Mercedes-Benz. According to the article, he was behind the steering wheel of his father’s high-powered automatic car for almost 24 hours.
