How well do you know the Mercedes-Benz brand?

If you look closely at the Mercedes-Benz brand’s history, you’ll notice that their naming system is actually a mixture of their new and old systems. However, lately it has become quite confusing to say the least. What used to be something as simple as “sportiest and lightest” as referring to the SL now just isn’t quite as easy to decode. According to our pals at Automobile Magazine, there won’t be any immediate changes made to the C, E, S, SL, SLK and SLS models. Mercedes-Benz’ Triple Victory at the Automotive Brand Contest 2011

Mercedes-Benz vehicles are undoubtedly the best designed vehicles in the market. This was proven when the company bagged three first place awards at the 2011 Automotive Brand Contest. The first award is to the Mercedes-Benz design team, they got the “Team of the Year”. Then, the Mercedes-Benz CLS’ exterior got the “Best of the Best” award. The last award is for the “Best of the Best” in the Concept and Study category, which the Concept A-Class Interior took home. What’s the first thing people think of when they see a Mercedes? Well we could do a survey and ask you guys, but why do that if we can visit and see what random folks think of when they see the Three-Pointed Star.
