Mercedes Sales Spike in the Asian Market

Mercedes-Benz sales were looking great in the first half of 2014. According to Wall Street Journal, the sales of the brand in the early six months of the year spiked up to 13 percent worldwide. The success was attributed to the strong demand in China and other emerging markets in Asia for luxury cars. WSJ said Mercedes sales numbered 783,520 units in that period. Daimler Trucks Asia Ship First India-made FUSO Units, On Pace for ‘Asia Business Model’ Targets
