Mercedes SLS by MEC Design in a Video – Angels Over Berlin

Set in an apocalyptic theme, the video shows the super car Mercedes-Benz SLS in Berlin with all the angels and demons hullabaloo. The car features its huge lip, which was altered and tuned by MEC Design. The earth-shattering sound of the V8 engine is really something, as the tuner emphasize it and used it as a ‘soundtrack’. The clip is directed by Daniel Michaelis, and produced by Format67.net. The video narrated by Claudia Black is beautiful, worthy to be called a film in itself. This is embarassing. Imagine scooting around town in your badass Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren only to end up being handed a parking violation ticket by an officer driving a Smart car. In case you’re wondering, a new SLR McLaren held a price tag of just over half a million dollars during its time. It seems the wealthy owner, self-titled “Prince of Germany”, was simply begging to get caught by displaying his ride in the wrong place at the wrong time. A 60-Year Old Drives the Mercedes C63 AMG

Running a quarter mile in just 11 seconds is not an impossible feat for the Mercedes C63 AMG. However, this video is interesting because of who’s driving the car. A 60-year old woman who adores drag racing is behind the wheels of the super car. You read that right, 60-year old and drag racing. Doesn’t looks like these phrases could be together eh? But yes, in this clip, you can definitely watch this woman who even shared what’s in her Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG before she joined her husband, who I suppose is as old as she (or close?), on the track. The hubby drives a Dodge Viper.

Having been privileged to ride shotgun in a Mercedes-Benz quite recently, I was awed by the extreme comfort I felt despite my driver gunning it in first gear. The auto shifted into second gear so seamlessly that only veteran manual drivers would be able to tell that an upshift actually occurred. I’m definitely a fan of German engineering, especially with the brand. However, most Mercedes-Benz drivers only get to see the light side of the tri-pointed star. Mercedes-Benz and its Team, AMG Petronas is serious in bringing the F1 world to the public, and every time they do that, they involve their world famous drivers. In this video for example, Nico Rosberg is showing how they drive inside the F1 Car. After you’ve watched the video, I bet you will learn that it is indeed a skill you need to learn for years before you can even maneuver and F1 car. Even seating inside is difficult enough; I mean it’s like you’re being operated on in a hospital! How much more difficult it is to move and avoid the other fast cars racing on your side?

Concept Style Coupe Presented by Gordon Wagener

Mercedes-Benz Head of Designs Gordon Wagener presented the Concept Style Coupe at the Avant/Garde Diaries event in Los Angeles. In the video, you would see that the emphasis is on the new headlight design that looks like a human’s eye, with “eyebrow and eyeball. What’s notable too is the futuristic look that the CSC has. Texts will not be able to fully explain the beauty and magnificence of the new Concept Style Coupe so just check out the video to appreciate its “avant garde”.

C63 Estate Shows Off Muscle At Spa

Notwithstanding Mercedes’ current thrust towards establishing a foothold in the mindset of the younger generations, what would an avid car guy turn to when he’s got a family and their stuff to haul around? Well, one doesn’t have to go further than Mercedes’ own C63 AMG Estate. As this video amply shows, the C63 AMG Estate can do double (triple?) duty as a family hauler, an occasional stoplight grand prix weapon and even a track special.
