Mercedes-Benz USA Not Closing Its Doors on the X-Class

One of the latest buzz about Mercedes-Benz right now is the introduction of the brand’s Concept X-Class pickup. The concept vehicle developed under the Mercedes-Benz Vans division made its debut on October 25, 2016 at the Artipelag art museum in Stockholm, Sweden. The production version of the Mercedes-Benz X-Class is expected to come out in 2017. Its target markets are Europe, Latin America, South Africa, and Australia. US Release Mercedes-Benz GLT Luxury Pickup Uncertain

For the moment, it remains uncertain if the upcoming luxury pickup of Mercedes-Benz will be offered in the US market, as shown on a report from motor1.com. The announcement of the potential launch of the vehicle, which may be called the Mercedes-Benz GLT or X-Class, in the US market was supposed to happen last year based on an announcement by Steve Cannon, the former CEO of Mercedes-Benz USA.
