Posaidon Raises the Bar with Its 900 HP Package for the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S

If you think that the 800 hp Brabus Mercedes-AMG E 63 S unveiled a couple of weeks ago is already mind-blowing, check out the features of the latest tuning package of Posaidon for the same car. Not looking to be outdone by its fellow German tuner, the God of the Sea’s namesake unlocked 100 hp more than its rival.

The latest performance package of Posaidon for the AMG E 63 S sedan and wagon comes in three stages. It looks like the specialist means serious business from the get-go because Stage 1 already nets 819 hp and 811 lb-ft of torque thanks to software upgrades, enhanced turbochargers, sports air filter, and downpipes with catalysts. That setup is good for 0 to 62 mph in mere 3.2 seconds.

Stage 2 offers 868 hp and 885 lb-ft of torque. It’s made possible by the more powerful turbo replacements.

Going for Stage 3 takes the power to a whopping 927 hp and 944 lb-ft of torque. The over-the-top configuration is a result of machined valve housings and cylindrical head assembly. It also benefits from a methanol injection system.

The 0-62 mph run time of Stage 2 and 3 kits are not available as of the moment but the quickest is estimated to be at the 3-second mark. To preserve the tires, Posaidon keeps the top speed of the vehicle at 217 mph.

The prices of the various tuning stages of Posaidon for the Mercedes-AMG E 63 S sedan and wagon are not available publicly. However, interested buyers can contact the company through their website at this link for personal inquiries.
