The Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series is finally here. A new video from Mercedes-Benz is giving us a first look at the car without its camouflage.

Originally, thought to make its debut at the end of the year, the much-awaited high-performance car has moved its official launch earlier than expected, and now, the three-pointed star brand just dropped another bomb of the auto without any camo obstructing its breathtaking visuals.

The vid features YouTuber Shmee150 driving off with the AMG GT Black Series. As of now, the technical details of the car are not yet available. However, based on several sources, the vehicle will get a new version of AMG’s 4.0-liter Biturbo V8 engine with over 700 hp.

According to Fastabast, a company that offers drives at Nurburgring, the power unit of the AMG GT Black Series delivers 720 hp and 627 lb-ft of torque. The company also claims that the vehicle can cover the whole ‘Ring in just 6 minutes and 58 seconds.

Looking at the trailer, the top car of the AMG GT range adopts many styling elements from the Mercedes-AMG GT3 race car. It is highlighted by its massive front grille with Panamericana design, bonnet with scoop flanked by two air vents, large air intakes on each side of the bumper, extended front lip, big rear spoiler, thin taillights, rear diffuser, quadruple exhaust tips, extended fenders, sports wheels wrapped in performance tires, and two-tone look featuring a combination of silver and black finish.

More details about the Mercedes-AMG GT Black Series is expected to come as it nears its official world premiere in a few weeks.
